Prenatal yoga

With prenatal yoga, you will be able to stay healthier during your pregnancy, manage anxiety and stress, soften labor pain, and have a more positive experience of the birth of your baby.

What you will learn:

  • physical exercise adapted to pregnant women (stretching and strengthening)
  • breathing and relaxation techniques for a better management of anxiety and labor pain
  • meditation and visualization to cultivate self-confidence during pregnancy and birthing



Prenatal yoga is for all women who wish to prepare themselves for this special event in their lives. No experience of yoga is required.

I practiced prenatal yoga throughout my two pregnancies and had two natural childbirths, once in Berkeley CA, and the other in Dijon. Deeply inspired by the book Childbirth Without Fear by Grantly Dick-Read and the method of Hypnobirthing by Marie F. Mongan, I would like to share my enthusiasm and knowledge so that childbirth becomes a more joyful and empowering experience for all women.
